Transformative Journeys

Eight weeks that change
how you live

Two guided journeys in a small circle of thirteen people, held in our sanctuary in the Jordaan. Not a workshop, not a course. Eight evenings, together, long enough for something to actually shift.

Autumn circles begin 9 September  ·  Thirteen places each
Why eight weeks

Ninety minutes is not enough time to meet a part of yourself you have been avoiding for thirty years.

Most of us have tried the one off version. A weekend workshop. A retreat that cracked something open. A session where you cried and felt clean afterwards. They are real, and about ten days later you are usually back to answering messages at midnight and saying yes when you mean no.

That is not a personal failure. The patterns you are trying to change were built over decades, and they do not dissolve in an afternoon because you had an insight. Insight is the easy part. What is hard is doing something different on a Tuesday when you are tired and the old way is right there.

That takes repetition, and it takes witnesses.

Which is why our journeys run for eight weeks, and why the circle is capped at thirteen. Small enough that you cannot hide. Large enough that you are not exposed.

Two journeys. Choose the one that sounds like your own voice.

Both run for eight weeks, both are held in the same room with the same thirteen people. They begin from different places.

JOURNEY Ø1

The Journey Home to Yourself

For anyone tired of being at war with themselves

You are the reliable one, and quietly exhausted by it. You people please, you struggle to receive, and no achievement ever settles the question of whether you are enough. This journey goes to where that began, and ends in something practical: self love you can actually live by.

JOURNEY Ø2

The Return

For anyone standing at a crossroads

A relationship ended. The children left. The career stopped fitting. Or nothing dramatic happened at all and you simply woke up one day knowing the life you built no longer reflects who you are becoming. This journey is about what you do with that space.

Journey Ø1 · The Inner Child Experience

The Journey Home to Yourself

Eight weeks from surviving to self love. The kind that changes everything.
8 evenings  ·  2 hours  ·  13 people  ·  Begins 9 September
The SØSOUL Inner Sanctuary

On paper, everything is fine.

The work, the home, the people who call you the strong one. So why lie awake replaying conversations? Why does saying no feel dangerous? Why sabotage the good things exactly when they arrive?

The inner child is one guide along the way. The destination is self love. Not the fluffy kind, but the kind that changes how you choose partners, set boundaries, build a business, receive money, and speak to yourself.

Together, over eight evenings, you slow down enough to meet yourself again. To see the stories you started believing, the masks that protected you, and the person underneath who was there all along.

This is not therapy, and it is not a course. It is a journey home.

You are here if

  • You are the strong one, and quietly exhausted by it
  • You people please, over apologise, struggle to say no
  • You sabotage good things when they arrive
  • No achievement ever settles the self worth question
  • You struggle to receive love, help, money, rest
  • You are ready to stop seeking permission to exist

The eight week journey

Week 1 · Awareness

Meeting yourself again

You cannot change what you have never truly seen. Who are you today, and which parts have quietly disappeared?

Week 2 · Stories

The stories you started believing

I am too much. I am not enough. I have to be strong. This week uncovers them.

Week 3 · Self love

Learning to love yourself

Not confidence, not ego. How to stop abandoning yourself and become your own safe place.

Week 4 · Masks

The masks that protected you

The Pleaser, the Achiever, the Invisible One. Survival strategies, not personality. Which one is exhausting you now?

Week 5 · Connection

Relationships, boundaries and attachment

Why we attract who we attract, and how saying no can be an act of love.

Week 6 · Worthiness

Worthiness, money and receiving

Money magnifies identity. What were you taught about success, receiving and abundance?

Week 7 · Soul Blueprint

Your nature, not your fortune

A guest experience. Your gifts, your themes, your unique way of loving.

Week 8 · Becoming Home

The Kintsugi Heart Ceremony

Everything comes together, and then we close with the ceremony.

Week eight

The Kintsugi Heart Ceremony

A porcelain heart is broken, then restored with gold. Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, it becomes a symbol that what has been broken can become even more meaningful.

Nothing is disguised. The repair is the point.

Your heart, restored. A lifelong reminder that healing does not erase your story, it honours it.

Journey Ø2 · The Next Chapter Experience

The Return

The return is to yourself. Everything else follows from that.
8 evenings  ·  2 hours  ·  13 people  ·  Begins 9 September
A circle gathering at SØSOUL

Some endings do not feel like endings. They feel like the quiet beginning of a life you have not met yet.

Perhaps your children have left home. Your relationship has ended. Your career no longer feels aligned. Your business has outgrown you. Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all.

You might recognise this

  • You have started saying I am fine in a tone you do not quite recognise
  • The house is quiet in a way that is not restful
  • You can list what everyone else needs, and go blank when someone asks what you want
  • You are very competent at a life you are no longer sure you chose
  • Sunday evenings have started to feel heavier than Monday mornings
  • People keep telling you how well you are doing

And then one ordinary day you catch yourself thinking:

The life I have built no longer reflects the person I am becoming.

That realisation is not failure. It is an invitation.

Every ending creates space

The question is what you do with it. Most of us rush to fill the silence. A new relationship. Another job. Another project. Another distraction. Anything is easier than sitting in the gap and admitting we do not yet know what comes next.

But this chapter is not asking you to do more. It is asking you to choose more deliberately. To pause. To reflect. To reconnect. And then to build something that actually fits.

This is not about starting over. It is about starting from everything you now know.

Not reinvention because you were lost. Reinvention because you have grown. Over eight evenings you let go of the identities that no longer fit, rediscover what lights you up, and write the next chapter consciously rather than by default.

You will not leave with all the answers. You will leave knowing how to choose.

But isn't it too late for me?

It is the question almost everyone asks, usually in a lowered voice, as though it were an embarrassing thing to want.

No. Nobody arrives here starting from nothing. You arrive with decades of knowing precisely what matters, what does not, and what you will never tolerate again. That is not a disadvantage to work around. It is the whole advantage, and most people waste it by assuming the rest of the story has already been written for them.

You are not too late. You are finally properly informed.

This journey is for you if

  • You are navigating a divorce or separation
  • Your children have left home and you are rediscovering who you are
  • You are ready for a different career or purpose
  • You have achieved success but feel called toward something more meaningful
  • You are entering a new season of life and want to do it intentionally
  • You are tired of living on autopilot
  • You know this transition can become your greatest transformation

The eight week journey

Week 1 · Letting Go

The chapter that is closing

Before anything new begins, we honour what has been. What did this life give you, what did it cost you, and what are you still carrying from it?

Week 2 · Letting Go

What no longer serves

The roles, obligations and patterns you have outgrown. We close with the Releasing Ritual. Every new beginning starts with making space.

Week 3 · Rediscover

Who you are without the roles

Not someone's partner. Not someone's parent. Not your job title. Not your achievements. Just you.

Week 4 · Rediscover

What matters to you now

Your values have quietly changed, and most people never update them. This week you do.

Week 5 · Rediscover

What lights you up

Desire, curiosity and play. Permission to want things again, and to say them out loud without justifying them to anyone.

Week 6 · Reimagine

Practical freedom

A guest expert evening on financial independence and the practical foundations of choice. Because a new chapter needs more than courage. It needs room to breathe.

Week 7 · Reimagine

Designing your next chapter

Through vision work, creativity and practical exercises, you begin shaping a life that reflects who you are today, not who you were ten years ago.

Week 8 · Return

Stepping forward

Not with all the answers, but with trust, clarity and courage. We close with the Sealing Ceremony.

Two rituals hold this journey

Fire at the beginning. Wax at the end.

In week two you write down what you are leaving behind. The role, the story, the obligation, the version of yourself that served you once and does not anymore. Then, together and by firelight, we burn it. You set it down in front of witnesses, which is the part that makes it real.

On the final evening you write a personal Letter from My Future Self. The promises you are making, the dreams you said out loud, and the person you have chosen to become. By candlelight you seal it yourself with wax.

Exactly one year later, we post it back to you.

Questions

Is this therapy?
No, and it does not replace it. This is guided inner work in a small, held circle. Structured, grounded in psychology, never re-traumatising. Many participants combine it with therapy. If we sense therapy is what you need right now, we will tell you honestly.
Which journey is right for me?
If the difficulty lives in your relationship with yourself, self worth, people pleasing, sabotage, begin with The Journey Home to Yourself. If you are standing at a crossroads after a separation, an empty nest or a career that stopped fitting, The Return is your door. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help you choose.
Who are these journeys for?
Anyone ready to do honest inner work. All genders, all backgrounds, all ages. The only requirement is willingness and a readiness to be in a room with others while you are not at your most composed. Sessions are held in English.
Do I have to share in the group?
Nothing is ever forced. The circle is held so that nothing has to be performed. You move at your own pace, and both tears and silence are welcome.
Can I miss a week?
Life happens. Each evening has take home integration material, and we will help you catch up so you stay connected to the journey. We do ask you to commit as fully as you can, because the circle is stronger with you in it.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
Pay in full at €1.688, or €1.488 with the early bird price until 17 August. Full terms, including the legal cooling off period, are provided in writing before you enrol.
